Your photos are personal, and we treat them that way. This Privacy Policy explains what information Melange Inc. ("Melange," "we," "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Account details such as your name, email, and password
Photos, music, captions, and other content you upload
Payment information, processed securely by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers)
Messages you send us through forms, email, or support
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
create, process, and deliver your videos
operate, maintain, and improve the Service
manage subscriptions, payments, and customer support
send important updates about your account or the Service
send marketing emails, only if you opt in, with an easy way to unsubscribe
detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues
3. Your content and AI
Your photos and videos are processed only to create the results you request. We do not sell Your Content, and we do not use it to train our AI models without your explicit consent. Uploaded files are stored securely and deleted when you remove them or close your account, apart from limited backup copies that expire within 30 days.
4. How we share information
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with:
Service providers that help us run Melange, such as cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics, and email delivery, under strict confidentiality agreements
Legal authorities when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users
A successor company in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you
5. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account deletion, we remove or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where we must keep it for legal, tax, or security reasons.
